As a member of our Data Response Squad, you will verify all our outlets, correct their data, and support various operational and strategic initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and availability.
Primary Objectives
- Ticket Resolution Resolve all Data Service tickets assigned following agreed SLA. Agents are meant to resolve all tickets within 48-72 hrs. Agents ensure high quality service in the prompt resolution of all Data Service tickets;.
- Data Integrity: Ensure 100% completeness and correctness of all customer-related data; field verification of all new and dubious outlets and other data issues that may be raised externally by the field teams (Drivers, Trade Executives, etc) or internally by the Data & Analytics teams.
- Field Engagement: Engage with customers and serve as a feedback channel for the Growth team. To identify the root cause of prevalent and frequently recurring issues.
- Outlet Update: Update correct information of all outlets assigned, ranging from Business owner name, Outlet name, phone number, outlet type and exact coordinate etc.
Secondary Objectives
- Participate in Growth management training and development.
- Drive customer acquisition through an efficient outlet identification and verification.
- Act as the main point of communication between the customer on the field and the Growth management team.
