Job Summary:
We are looking for a proficient and analytical Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will transform complex data into actionable insights, support data-driven decision-making, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions across various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Build and deploy predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve real-world problems.
- Create dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with departments to understand business needs and deliver data-driven recommendations.
- Contribute to the development of the organization’s data strategy and best practices.
- Use programming tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL) and platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to manage and analyze data.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data science tools and languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
- Solid understanding of statistics, machine learning, and data modeling.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Ability to communicate complex results clearly and concisely.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and databases is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
