JOB DESCRIPTION:
Daily:
- Monitor social media channels and engage with followers.
- Schedule and publish daily posts across social media platforms.
- Track and analyse key performance metrics (KPIs) for ongoing campaigns.
- Respond to online inquiries and comments promptly.
- Coordinate with the content creator for timely content delivery.
Weekly:
- Review the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
- Conduct a team meeting to discuss upcoming marketing activities.
- Develop new strategies for increasing online engagement and patient acquisition.
- Update the clinic's website with any new promotions or information.
- Coordinate with the CRM team to ensure consistent messaging.
Monthly:
- Prepare a detailed report on the performance of digital marketing efforts.
- Review and adjust digital marketing strategies based on performance data.
- Plan and launch major digital marketing campaigns.
- Conduct a competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends.
- Attend training or workshops to stay current with digital marketing best practices.
- Ensures that all targets as presented by the Business Manager are met.
