Job Summary

  • We are seeking a talented and analytical Digital Marketer / Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. 
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and data analysis, with specific experience in the real estate industry. 
  • This role involves developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies, analyzing campaign performance, and providing actionable insights to optimize our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn ads, and social media channels, to promote property listings and brand awareness. ?
  • Content Management: Manage and maintain the company's website using a Content Management System (CMS), ensuring content is up-to-date, engaging, and optimized for search engines. ?
  • Data Analysis: Collect and analyze customer, marketing, and web behavioral data to measure campaign performance, website traffic, and customer engagement, providing actionable insights to enhance marketing strategies. ?
  • SEO and SEM Optimization: Utilize SEO and SEM best practices to improve website visibility and drive qualified traffic. ?
  • Email Marketing: Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage with potential clients.
  • Social Media Management: Create and manage content for social media platforms to enhance brand presence and engage with the audience. ?
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on digital marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.?
  • Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and data analysis, preferably within the real estate industry. ?
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn ads), CMS platforms, CRM software (preferably Salesforce), and data analysis tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. ?
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.?
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.?
