Major Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Political Science, or related field
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field (desirable)
- Minimum 15 years of experience in public affairs, government relations, or related field
- Professional certifications like Accredited in Public Relations (APR) or Certified Government Relations Specialist (CGRS), NIPR, PRSA etc.
- Ability to develop and implement public affairs strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Expertise in government relations, lobbying, and advocacy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including government officials, media, and community leaders
- Ability to manage and protect the organization's reputation.
