Key roles and responsibilities:
- Business Requirements from user departments
- Business detailed process documentations for all key users
- Evaluate Testing and Training Materials
- First level & Second Level UAT
- Liaise with IT, Sales, GTM & other departments on key deliverables
- Participate in Key design decisions on DMS.
- DMS Improvement & Development Plans
- Deployments and Execution of DMS.
Required skill :
- Advanced Microsoft excel skill,
- good communication skill,
- Quantitative/Analytical skill
