Job Overview:
- We are looking for a skilled Django Developer with at least 4 years of experience to join our backend team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable web applications and RESTful APIs using Django and related technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain robust backend applications using Django.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs for web and mobile apps.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and designers.
- Optimize database queries and application performance.
- Implement secure authentication, authorization, and user management systems.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Troubleshoot and debug application issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 4+ years of experience with Django and Python.
- Solid understanding of ORMs, Django REST Framework, and database design (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Familiarity with Docker, Celery, and Redis is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of software design principles, security best practices, and testing.
- Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments.
