Key Responsibilities:
- Email Design and Development: Utilize Figma to design innovative, visually appealing email templates that reflect client brands and drive engagement.
- Klaviyo Proficiency: Expertly build and optimize designed emails within Klaviyo, leveraging advanced features to enhance campaign performance.
- Branding and Creative Direction: Apply a deep understanding of branding principles to ensure that all email designs align with client brand guidelines and marketing goals.
- DTC Marketing Integration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure email designs are integrated with broader direct-to-consumer marketing strategies, enhancing coherence and impact.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously test and optimize email layouts, calls to action, and content to improve open rates, click-through rates, and overall campaign effectiveness.
- Collaboration and Leadership: Lead projects and collaborate with other team members, providing creative guidance and ensuring deadlines are met.

Qualifications:
- Proven Email Design Expertise: At least 4 years of experience in email design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns, particularly in a DTC environment.
- Advanced Figma and Klaviyo Skills: High proficiency in Figma for designing email templates and experience with Klaviyo for building and optimizing designed emails.
- Strong Branding Acumen: Deep understanding of branding and the ability to create designs that align closely with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- DTC Marketing Knowledge: Experience with direct-to-consumer marketing strategies and how they integrate with email marketing efforts.
- Excellent Communication: Fluent in English with exceptional communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively with teams and clients.
