OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
- As the Lead, Enterprise Application Implementation you are responsible for the end-to-end leadership and delivery of enterprise application solutions to clients. This role ensures the successful scoping, planning, configuration, deployment, and post-implementation support of enterprise software such as ERP, CRM, HRMS, or industry-specific platforms. The role involves managing cross-functional implementation teams, working closely with clients and
- internal stakeholders, and ensuring that all implementations align with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This role is instrumental in helping clients realize business value from technology solutions while directly contributing to the company’s mission of delivering reliable, transformative, and scalable digital solutions that drive organizational success.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Implementation Leadership:
- Lead the full lifecycle of enterprise application implementations from discovery and requirements gathering to go-live and post-deployment support.
- Create and manage detailed implementation plans, timelines, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.
Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation projects.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to ensure alignment with client goals and expectations.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with key business and technical stakeholders.
Team & Project Management:
- Lead cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, testers, and change managers.
- Assign and oversee tasks, ensuring deliverables meet scope, schedule, and quality standards.
- Conduct project reviews, debriefs, and continuous improvement activities.
Solution Design & Configuration Oversight:
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
- Oversee configuration and customization efforts to meet client-specific needs.
- Ensure data integrity and security during migration and deployment phases.
Quality Assurance & Post-Go-Live Support:
- Oversee system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and issue resolution.
- Develop training plans and support materials for end-users.
- Monitor system performance and user adoption post-implementation.
Process Improvement & Innovation:
- Continuously improve implementation methodologies, tools, and templates.
- Contribute feedback to product and development teams for solution enhancements.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or Project Management is an advantage.
- At least 4 years of experience in enterprise application implementation or systems integration, including 2 years in a lead role or project management role.
- Proven experience implementing enterprise systems.
- Experience in client-facing roles, preferably within a B2B or professional services environment.
- Hands-on experience with system configuration, data migration, testing, and change management.
- Experience working in agile, hybrid, or waterfall project environments.
