Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced Back-End Developer who is proficient in server-side logic, database management, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the entire web development process, including design, development, and deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient server-side applications.
- Design and implement APIs to support front-end functionalities.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Manage and maintain databases, ensuring data integrity, security, and performance.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications, identifying and resolving performance issues.
- Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding, testing, and debugging.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Back-End Developer.
- Proficiency in server-side languages such as PHP (Laravel), or Node.js.
- Strong experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with micro services architecture.
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to facilitate integration.
