Key Responsibilities
Financial Management & Reporting:
- Develop and implement financial strategies and policies to support business objectives.
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial statements, including:
- Income Statement: Revenue and cost breakdown by streams and categories.
- Cashflow Statement.
- Balance Sheet.
- Provider Analysis & Performance.
- Marketing Analysis & Performance.
- Management Account.
- Inventory Statement.
- Bank Reconciliation Statement.
- KPI Dashboard.
- Analysis & Recommendation Insight Report.
- Maintain weekly revenue forecasts based on client schedules to enable informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with the front office to ensure daily sales reconciliation reports accurately reflect services provided or products sold.
- Conduct variance analysis to measure performance against budgets and forecasts.
Payroll Management:
- Coordinate payroll processes in collaboration with the HR department, ensuring accurate and timely employee compensation.
Cost Optimization:
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures to improve profitability.
- Monitor and control operational costs, including inventory, consumables, and vendor expenses.
Compliance & Collaboration:
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, statutory filings, and reporting requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, clients, banks, auditors, tax authorities, and other regulatory bodies.
- Collaborate with other departments, including HR, Inventory & Procurement, and Front Office, to align financial strategies with business objectives.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Professional certification required (ACA, ACCA, ANAN)
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial management or analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools. (Zoho Books, Excel, Quickbooks)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
