Educational Requirement
- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience in mobile application development.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Flutter and Dart for cross-platform mobile development.
- Strong understanding of Material and Cupertino frameworks for creating smooth native experiences across platforms.
- Experience with state management tools such as Provider, Bloc, or Riverpod (Bloc preferred).
- Hands-on experience in app localization for supporting multi-language users.
- Ability to integrate and consume third-party APIs.
- Knowledge of tools like Flutter DevTools for debugging and performance analysis.
- Experience in deploying and managing apps on both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, including handling app updates, versioning, and compliance with store guidelines.
- Strong Git skills for version control and familiarity with collaboration platforms like GitHub.
Work Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Flutter development.
- Portfolio of successfully deployed apps showcasing scalability and user-centric design.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance existing apps by adding new features and optimizing existing ones.
- Collaborate with designers to implement intuitive user experiences.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across various devices and platforms.
- Ensure app security, performance, and scalability standards are met.
- Oversee the deployment of apps to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, ensuring compliance with platform guidelines and timely updates.
