Role Overview
- We are seeking a trusted and highly skilled Flutter Developer who also has strong backend expertise in PHP Laravel.
- This is a must-have combination for the role.
- The ideal candidate will have built and launched a complete mobile app (from A–Z) using Flutter for the mobile front-end and PHP Laravel for the backend.
- This is a full-time position, open to remote or hybrid work, but candidates must be based in Lagos for occasional in-person collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of the Favex mobile app using Flutter
- Develop and maintain backend services using PHP Laravel
- Manage and optimize server infrastructure for performance, scalability, and security
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver features and improvements
- Ensure best practices in coding, architecture, and data security
- Integrate blockchain functionalities where necessary
- Mentor and guide junior developers
Mandatory Requirements
- Must have built a complete mobile app using Flutter from start to finish (A–Z)
- Must have used Flutter for mobile development and PHP Laravel for backend in the same project
- Proven ability to integrate backend services with mobile apps
- Strong server management and deployment experience
- Must be based in Lagos and available for full-time work (remote/hybrid)
- High level of integrity and trustworthiness
