Job Summary
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing user interfaces for web applications.
- They should have a strong understanding of front-end technologies and frameworks, as well as experience working in an agile development environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement user interfaces for web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Collaborate with back-end developers and UX/UI designers to ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end functionality.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness of web applications.
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members.
- Stay updated with the latest front-end development trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Requirements
- HND / B.Sc in Computer Science or related field.
- 4-5 years of Front-End Developer experience.
- Proficiency in React.js:strong grasp of React.js fundamentals, including components, state management, lifecycle methods, and JSX syntax.
- Experience with State Management Libraries like Redux or MobX for complex fintech applications.
- Knowledge of Responsive Design principles using CSS frameworks like Bootstrap or Material UI.
- API Integration skills using Axios or Fetch for fintech functionalities.
- Security Awareness:understanding common security vulnerabilities and mitigation strategies.
- Version Control Systems expertise, particularly in Git.
- Debugging Skills:proficiency in writing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using tools like Jest.
- Understanding of Fintech Regulations:familiarity with GDPR, PCI-DSS, PSD2, and KYC/AML requirements.
- Continuous Learning and Adaptability:willingness to learn and stay updated with React.js and fintech industry advancements.
