Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of bespoke applications for the organization
- Manage the entire software development lifecycle from concept to deployment
- Collaborate with the development team and product managers to ideate software solutions
- Architect and design new software systems aligned with business needs
- Implement new features and enhance existing applications
- Oversee testing and deployment of all software solutions
- Mentor junior software engineers and perform code reviews
- Test and evaluate new technologies for performance and security compliance
- Roll out software fixes and upgrades as necessary
- Design and maintain efficient database structures
- Integrate internal and third-party APIs
- Manage the organization’s repository and version control systems
- Develop technical documentation for all in-house applications
What We’re Looking for
- Strong experience in front-end and back-end development
