Lagos Commodities and Futures Exchange is a commodities Exchange that trades on Agricultural Commodities, Currencies, Oil and Gas and Solid Mineral Commodities. We are looking to partner with various stakeholders in the Nigerian Commodities Ecosystem ranging from farmers, aggregators, cooperative societies, Commodities associations, FMCGS, Banks, Insurance Companies, Certification Agents, Ship, tank farms, Silos, warehouse Owners and many more.
Role Description
- We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join our team in Lagos for a full-time on-site role.
- The Full Stack Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining both front-end and back-end systems to support the organization's operations.
- Daily tasks include designing, building, testing, and deploying scalable applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring system performance and security.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Back-End and Full-Stack Development, including creating and managing server-side logic and databases
- Expertise in Front-End Development, including skills in HTML, CSS, and building responsive user interfaces
- Experience in Software Development, with a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and software engineering principles
- Ability to manage and integrate Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for web design and web application development
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in the financial or commodities trading industry is a plus
