Job Description
- Primary Skills:
- SQL, MYSQL, UNIX, Web Logic / Java Basics.
- Good Analytical Skills and the Ability to work independently as well as to collaborate within a team
- Knowledge on Shell scripting.
- Knowledge of Telecom BSS, containers, docker, rancher would be an advantage.
Essential Job Functions:
- Recording and Dissemination of Problems / Issues / Defects.
- Diagnostics and Analysis of the Problems / Issues / Defects.
- Ownership of the Problems / Issues / Defects Ticket until Resolution.
- Follow-up and Resolve the Problems / Issues / Defects within the SLA.
- Workarounds, Corrective Fixes, Removal of Data Errors and Application Maintenance.
- Providing necessary Application log to L3 support teams / Subject Matter Experts and all required support to diagnose a reported problem.
- Regular Reporting on Open / In-Progress / Resolved Tickets to Next Level Managers. Pro-active Communication with internal and external stakeholders.
