Job Description
- Suggest and implement creative ideas for marketing operations.
- Create visual concept, illustration, and layout for print and digital media
- Stay updated on design trends and incorporate innovation approach into program
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe creative suite (Photoshop, illustration effect) CorelDraw and Microsoft office(word, PowerPoint and excel)
- Creative thinking and artistic ability attention to details and time management.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, knowledge of typography layout visual hierarchy principle.
- Recommending strategies to position the brand for growth.
- Working with other creative team members to produce content
- Creating guidelines for how logos and other branding materials should be displayed and used
- Helping make design choices, such as fonts and colors, for all content your company will use
- Oversee design projects and creative workflows from conception to delivery.
- Contribute to the development and optimization of marketing campaigns, actively participating in product launches and promotion initiatives.
- Ensure brand consistency in the look, tone, and feel across all deliverable.
- Managing marketing executive working for the brand.
- Working with advertising agencies to manage the brand’s marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver on brand objectives
- Planning, developing, training and empowering existing down line human resources to take on additional and higher responsibilities.
- Carry out any other task given by Management from time to time.
Requirements
- OND/HND/BSC in relevant areas
- 5 – 10 years in similar role especially with FMCG.
