JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate original design ideas and concepts to meet the creative objectives of various projects, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and company's goals.
- Create high-quality visual designs. Utilize design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), to produce aesthetically pleasing and functional designs.
- Communicate design ideas and concepts clearly and effectively to team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Prioritize tasks effectively and adapt to changing project timelines and requirements in a fast-paced environment.
- Incorporate feedback from peers, stakeholders, and clients to refine designs and improve overall quality.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and design innovations to ensure designs are cutting-edge and competitive.
- Apply insights from market research and user feedback to enhance design effectiveness and user engagement.
- Experiment with new design tools, techniques, and software to improve efficiency and creativity.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. 2-4 years Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), and familiarity with other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
