Job Summary:
- We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with marketing, branding, and product teams to design visually compelling graphics for both digital and print mediums. You will be responsible for creating engaging visuals that align with the brand’s aesthetic and messaging, ensuring high-quality and innovative design work across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create visual assets for web, social media, print, and other digital platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to produce graphics that align with the company’s objectives.
- Develop and maintain the brand’s visual identity across all channels.
- Produce high-quality visuals for marketing campaigns, advertisements, website elements, and social media content.
- Prepare and format final designs for various outputs, ensuring consistency and attention to detail.
- Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Ensure all design work is consistent with brand guidelines and project deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
- Knowledge of typography, colour theory, and layout design.
- Understanding of design for both print and digital media.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with teams and stakeholders.
Experience:
- 4+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in a marketing or advertising environment.
- Experience in creating visuals for digital platforms, social media, websites, and print.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality design work under tight deadlines.
- Experience working with branding guidelines and creating consistent visual identities.
- Experience with video editing or animation (e.g., Adobe After Effects) is a plus
