Job Summary

  • We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Graphic Designer to join our team at Fhemfel Group. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the visual identity of our brand and supporting marketing, product, and communication teams with high-quality design assets. You must have a strong design portfolio, a passion for storytelling through visuals, and the ability to translate ideas into impactful graphics. Key Responsibilities

Brand Design & Identity

  • Develop and maintain consistent visual branding across all design assets.
  • Create logos, icons, illustrations, and visual identity materials.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand standards and tone.

Digital Media & Content Creation

  • Design social media graphics, digital ads, banners, and email templates.
  • Support website and blog design with custom visuals and infographics.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to support campaigns and promotions.

Print Design & Production

  • Create flyers, brochures, business cards, event materials, and packaging.
  • Work with external vendors to manage print production processes.

Visual Storytelling & Campaign Support

  • Turn complex information into compelling visual content.
  • Assist with storytelling through branded visuals and presentation decks.
  • Develop visuals for marketing campaigns, events, and product launches.

Creative Collaboration & Workflow Management

  • Work closely with marketing, content, and other internal teams to understand creative needs.
  • Manage multiple projects while adhering to timelines and feedback.
  • Participate in creative brainstorming sessions.

Trend Research & Innovation

  • Stay informed on current trends in design, branding, and technology.
  • Introduce fresh design ideas and tools to elevate the brand’s creative direction.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related discipline.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus).
  • Understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  • Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or other modern design tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing is an advantage.
