Key Responsibilities
Brand Design & Identity
- Develop and maintain consistent visual branding across all design assets.
- Create logos, icons, illustrations, and visual identity materials.
- Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand standards and tone.
Digital Media & Content Creation
- Design social media graphics, digital ads, banners, and email templates.
- Support website and blog design with custom visuals and infographics.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to support campaigns and promotions.
Print Design & Production
- Create flyers, brochures, business cards, event materials, and packaging.
- Work with external vendors to manage print production processes.
Visual Storytelling & Campaign Support
- Turn complex information into compelling visual content.
- Assist with storytelling through branded visuals and presentation decks.
- Develop visuals for marketing campaigns, events, and product launches.
Creative Collaboration & Workflow Management
- Work closely with marketing, content, and other internal teams to understand creative needs.
- Manage multiple projects while adhering to timelines and feedback.
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions.
Trend Research & Innovation
- Stay informed on current trends in design, branding, and technology.
- Introduce fresh design ideas and tools to elevate the brand’s creative direction.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related discipline.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience with a strong portfolio.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus).
- Understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or other modern design tools.
- Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing is an advantage.
