Responsibilities

  • Create engaging visual content using both hand-drawn techniques and digital design tools, including illustrations, layouts, and branding assets.
  • Create high-impact designs including brochures, magazine layouts, billboards, digital ads, web pages, and annual reports for print and digital media.
  • Develop initial design layouts and concepts for client review, refining them based on feedback to meet project objectives.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all designs.
  • Present completed designs to clients, incorporate final feedback, and ensure timely delivery of final products
  • Create animated graphics (GIFs, motion graphics, simple video).
  • Manage and respond to community interactions efficiently, ensuring respectful and timely communication.
  • Edit photos and retouch images when needed.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure design aligns with campaign goals.
  • Handle multiple design tasks with deadlines.
  • Maintain organized design files and backups.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years working experience in graphic design, and social media content creation.
  • Proven track record managing or designing for social media accounts.
  • Expertise in upholding brand standards and designing cohesive visual identities.
  • Familiarity with current social media trends, algorithm dynamics, and effective engagement techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Time management, attention to details, and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing trends and feedback.
  • Knowledge of SEO basics and content optimization.
  • Experience in running paid social media ads.
  • Proficiency in design tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.
