What You’ll Do

  • Develop and produce visual content such as illustrations, icons, infographics, banners, and other graphic elements for social media, presentations, brand documents.
  • Create high-quality image, video and infographic designs to attract customers.
  • Designing and implementing brand guidelines, appropriate fonts, colour schemes, and visual elements that align with the company’s brand identity.
  • Manipulating and enhancing images using software tools like Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator. This may involve tasks such as colour correction, cropping, resizing, removing backgrounds, and adding or removing elements from images.
  • Effectively communicating design concepts, ideas, and rationales to stakeholders, and incorporating feedback and revisions into design projects.
  • Ability to autonomously take a high-level creative direction and translate it to design concepts and executable designs.
  • Managing time effectively to meet project deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and coordinating with various teams to ensure the timely delivery of design assets.
  • Maintaining a high standard of quality and consistency in design work, ensuring that all deliverables adhere to brand guidelines and meet the company’s visual standards.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
  • Experience as a graphic designer or in related field.
  • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign, Quark, and Illustrator.
  • A strong eye for visual composition.
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
  • Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product
  • Experience with computer-aided design.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Fast Learner and can tolerate ambiguity.
