PURPOSE OF ROLE

  • To create visually compelling designs that communicate Travelstart's brand identity and marketing messages effectively. The Graphic Designer will work across various digital and print platforms to support marketing campaigns, brand consistency, and user engagement.

Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Branding

  • Develop creative assets for marketing campaigns, social media, website, and email communications.
  • Ensure consistency in branding and design across all visual materials.
  • Design and optimize graphics for digital platforms, including social media, web, and mobile applications.
  • Create compelling presentations, brochures, and other promotional materials.
  • Maintain and update brand guidelines as needed.

Content & Campaign Support

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
  • Develop infographics, animations, and other visual content to enhance customer engagement.
  • Work closely with the content team to ensure visuals align with messaging and storytelling.

Project & Workflow Management

  • Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to quality assurance standards before deployment.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into design work.

Technical Skill & Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
  • Experience in motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is an advantage.
  • Understanding of digital marketing trends and social media platforms.
