- The Graphic Designer and Video editor will be responsible for creating visually engaging content, assisting in implementing digital marketing strategies, and supporting the Senior Digital Marketer to enhance the organization’s online presence. The ideal candidate will possess creativity, technical skills, and a strong understanding of graphic design and video production, complemented by digital marketing acumen.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Video Production
- Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for social media, websites, and other digital platforms
- Use video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro etc) to produce engaging content.
Graphic Design
- Design graphics for marketing campaigns, social media posts, newsletters, and website content.
- Develop layouts, infographics, and other visual elements that align with the brand’s identity.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure designs meet project goals and deadlines.
- Use tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva etc to create designs.
Digital Marketing Support
- Assist the Senior Digital Marketer in managing online campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, and search engine optimization (SEO).
- Analyses campaign performance and suggest improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Help manage the organization’s social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring trends.
- Support the creation of marketing reports to track KPIs and campaign effectiveness.
Collaboration and Team Support
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure cohesive branding across all materials.
- Assist in maintaining the digital asset library and ensuring content is organized.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years in video editing, graphic design, or digital marketing roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), video editing software, and familiarity with social media and marketing platforms.
- Soft Skills: Creativity, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
