- We are seeking a highly creative and versatile Graphic & Motion Graphic Designer to contribute to the development and execution of our brand’s visual identity.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing visually compelling static designs and engaging motion graphics across digital and print media.
- This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life, ensuring brand consistency and visual impact.
About the Role
- This is a hybrid design position where approximately 70% of the time will be dedicated to graphic design tasks and 30% to motion graphics and animation work.
- The designer must be skilled in creating both static and animated content that aligns with the company’s messaging and design standards.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic & Visual Design:
- Design high-quality graphics for marketing campaigns, social media, presentations, websites, and print materials.
- Develop brochures, banners, email templates, infographics, and other promotional materials.
- Maintain consistency in visual identity and branding across all design outputs.
- Prepare print-ready files and liaise with vendors to ensure quality output.
Motion Graphics & Animation:
- Conceptualize and produce dynamic motion graphics, animated illustrations, and short-form videos.
- Animate existing static assets (e.g., logo animations, kinetic typography, explainer clips).
- Edit video content and enhance footage with visual effects and transitions where needed.
Collaboration & Project Management:
- Work with marketing, content, and product teams to translate ideas into engaging visual content.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Receive and implement feedback to refine and improve design output.
Creativity & Innovation:
- Stay current on design trends, animation styles, and emerging visual communication tools.
- Continuously improve design strategies and explore new formats for visual storytelling.
- Contribute fresh ideas to brainstorming sessions and creative meetings.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 2 - 5 years proven experience as a Graphic Designer and/or Motion Graphics Designer with a strong portfolio.
- Strong understanding of design principles, animation techniques, and branding.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven environment.
Tools & Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
- Familiarity with motion design and animation tools such as Cinema 4D or other 3D software is a plus.
- Experience in UX/UI design, video editing, or scripting for animation (e.g., JavaScript for After Effects) is an added advantage.
