Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality graphics, including logos, brochures, social media content, website graphics, and more.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual concepts and campaigns.
- Ensure all designs align with the company's brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Create and maintain a consistent and cohesive look and feel across all visual materials.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in graphic design.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Work with external vendors when necessary to produce printed materials.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas and concepts.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in any accredited course of study.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (4+ years), with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Experience with web design and multimedia content creation is a plus.
