This role involves the process of translating our brand goals and company mission into engaging visuals through multiple creative assets such as social media graphics, brochures, logos and other graphic assets. The designs should capture the attention of those who see them, and engage our target audiences online and offline.

You are comfortable working with engineers, customers, and executives and know how to articulate your communication to each audience effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative concepts and designs for our brand that align with our mission, objectives and communication strategy.
- Work with senior creative team to actualize the creative vision for the organization.
- Produce high-quality visual content for both print and digital platforms, including logos, marketing collateral, social media graphics, website elements, and more.
- Collaborate with project team and clients to understand their requirements and excellent designs that exceed expectations
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- Learn new skills and techniques via trainings and mentorship as required by the role.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into design projects to ensure modern and innovative results.
Qualifications:
- At least +2 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and styles.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts to clients and team members.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual composition.
- Experience in both print and digital design, with a deep understanding of different media requirements.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
