Responsibilities

Design Creation:
- Utilize design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create graphics, layouts, and illustrations.
- Select appropriate colors, fonts, and imagery to achieve the desired aesthetic and message.
Brand Consistency:
- Maintain brand consistency across all design projects.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and project specifications.
File Preparation:
- Prepare high-quality files for print and digital use.
- Ensure all files are ready for production and meet technical requirements.
Deadline and Budget Management:
- Meet deadlines and stay within budget constraints.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
Presentation and Revisions:
- Present design concepts and revisions to clients and colleagues.
- Incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions to designs.
Trend Awareness:
- Stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices.
- Continuously improve design skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design skills and experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Excellent understanding of design principles (e.g., color theory, typography, layout).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
