Key Responsibilities:
- Plan concepts by studying relevant information and materials
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
- Study design briefs and determine requirements
- Create a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites using software such as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Figma.
- Use appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic design
- Work with content writers to produce final design
- Amend designs after feedback
- Creating logos and branding designs
- Creating graphic designs optimised for print, web, digital, and all social media channels
- Conducting marketing research and competitor analyses
- Establish and follow brand guidelines
- Executing multiple design projects at a time
- Completing all design projects in a timely manner
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed
- Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
Required Skills:
- Proven graphic designing experience
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Figma.
- A strong eye for visual composition, aesthetics, and details
- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong understanding of color theory and typography
- Ability to take direction and work well with others
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Able to give and receive constructive criticism among the team.
- Understanding of marketing, website design, branding & corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
