Job Description
- Study project briefs and liaise with team members to understand requirements, expectations, and timelines.
- Develop Concepts & Graphics (Illustrations, Logos, Flyers, Banners, Brochures, and other designs for Print and Electronic Media).
- Be responsive to feedback, act, and amend designs in line with recommendations or communicate the rationale behind the design.
- Understand the principles of design (layout and typography) and ensure brand consistency in all projects.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and work on creating and developing Brand Manuals.
- Work closely with the content development teams to produce high-quality marketing materials and daily Social Media Graphics.
- Create engaging short-form videos and have experience in multimedia content development.
- Keep up to date with the latest software and remain competitive.
- Adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree or HND in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- 3 - 5 years cognate experience.
- Knowledge of typography, design techniques, and tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, etc.)
- The ability to shoot and edit videos would be an added advantage.
- Capacity to manage and work in high-stress situations
- Ability to multi-task, manage and independently lead various projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written Communication Skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, prioritize work and meet deadlines.
