Job Description
As a Graphics Designer at VendorPerk, you will be responsible for creating stunning visuals that align with our brand identity, marketing campaigns, and product promotions. You’ll work closely with the marketing and product teams to design assets for social media, website, advertisements, and other digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Identity & Visual Design
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual brand identity for Vendor Perk.
- Create compelling UI mockups and illustrations for website and app interfaces.
Marketing & Social Media Graphics
- Design engaging graphics for social media posts, stories, reels, and ads.
- Create high-quality banners, infographics, carousels, and motion graphics.
- Work with the content team to produce visually striking presentations and pitch decks.
Product & Promotional Assets
- Develop visuals for email marketing, blog posts, and event promotions.
- Design promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, and merchandise.
- Collaborate with photographers and videographers to enhance visual content.
Creative Strategy & Innovation
- Stay updated with design trends in the event planning and tech industry.
- Develop innovative and creative concepts for marketing campaigns.
- Experiment with new design techniques, animations, and interactive media.
Collaboration & Feedback
- Work closely with social media managers, content creators, and developers.
- Take feedback from stakeholders and iterate on designs accordingly.
- Ensure all visual content aligns with VendorPerk’s mission and values.
Requirements
Experience & Skills
- 2+ years of experience as a Graphics Designer, preferably in event planning, tech, or lifestyle brands.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, After Effects (for motion graphics) or similar.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media graphics, and digital marketing designs.
- Ability to create visually engaging UI/UX designs (experience with Figma is a plus).
- Knowledge of typography, colour theory, and composition principles.
- Experience in motion graphics, animations, or video editing is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media trends and how design impacts engagement.
- Ability to interpret brand tone and apply it visually.
