Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 2 - 5 years proven experience as a Graphics Designer & Cinematographer, preferably within the real estate sector
- Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Da Vinci) etc. and video editing software’s
- Proficiency in Camera Operation, Cinematography, Video Production and Lighting skills
- Experience in creating visually compelling content
- Proficiency in video editing software
- Attention to detail and creativity in visual storytelling
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other team members
- A good understanding of real estate marketing trends and the ability to create compelling visuals that resonate with potential buyers and investors.
