REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 2-5 years proven experience as a Graphics Designer & Cinematographer, preferably within the real estate sector.
- Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva) etc. and video editing software.
- Proficiency in Camera Operation, Cinematography, Video Production and Lighting skills.
- Experience in creating visually compelling content.
- Proficiency in video editing software.
- Attention to detail and creativity in visual storytelling.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other team members.
- A good understanding of real estate marketing trends and the ability to create compelling visuals that resonate with potential buyers and investors.
