Job Overview
- As a Graphics and Brand Department Intern, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in supporting the design and branding initiatives of the company.
- You will work closely with the graphics design team and brand managers to assist in creating visual assets, maintaining brand consistency, and contributing to creative projects across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design Support:
- Assist in creating graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print media under the guidance of senior designers.
- Learn and apply design principles, typography, color theory, and visual composition techniques to design tasks.
Brand Consistency:
- Help maintain brand consistency by adhering to brand guidelines and standards in all design projects and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the brand team to ensure brand messaging and visual identity are accurately represented in designs.
Creative Collaboration:
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative discussions to contribute ideas and concepts for marketing campaigns and brand projects.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, content creators, and developers to support integrated marketing efforts.
Software Proficiency:
- Learn and utilize graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools to create design assets.
- Gain proficiency in design techniques, file management, and workflow processes within a professional design environment.
Project Assistance:
- Assist in organizing and managing design assets, project files, and documentation to support efficient workflow and project completion.
- Support senior team members in various design-related tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
- A Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong interest in graphic design, branding, and visual communication.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design principles and design software (Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
- Creative thinking ability, attention to detail, and a passion for learning and growth.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proactive attitude, willingness to take on new challenges, and adaptability to a fast-paced work environment.
