Position Overview
- We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphics Designer with strong expertise in photo manipulation, digital design, and print media.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing visually appealing designs across digital and print platforms, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality output.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and enhance images using advanced photo manipulation techniques for campaigns, advertisements, and brand visuals.
- Design graphics for both digital platforms and printed materials (brochures, flyers, posters, banners, packaging, merchandise, etc.).
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
- Prepare and review final layouts for print production, ensuring accurate colors, layouts, and finishes.
- Work closely with printers, vendors, and production teams to ensure high-quality delivery of printed designs.
- Maintain a consistent brand identity across all visual communication materials.
- Stay updated with design trends, software updates, and best practices in digital and print media.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
- Ensure all designs comply with specifications for digital and print output, including resolution, bleed, and file formats.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Graphics Designer, with a strong portfolio in photo manipulation and print design.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW (knowledge of Lightroom is an added advantage).
- Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design.
- Knowledge of print production processes (offset, digital printing, large-format printing).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Creative thinker with problem-solving skills and the ability to bring concepts to life.
