Responsibilities
Create and edit compelling video content that aligns with the company's brand and marketing objectives.
Design visually appealing graphics and animations for various digital platforms, including social media, website, and presentations.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for promotional campaigns and property showcases.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate innovative video and design techniques.
Manage and organize video and graphic assets to ensure easy accessibility for the team.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver content within specified timelines.
Maintain and enhance the visual consistency of the brand across all multimedia channels.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in any field.
Proven experience in video editing and graphic design, preferably in a real estate or related industry.
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
Strong portfolio showcasing video editing and graphic design projects.
Creative thinking and the ability to translate concepts into visually appealing content.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
