Job Summary:
- As the Head of Cyber Security, you will ensure that the organization’s IT security strategies are effectively implemented and up to date.
- You will lead a team of cyber security experts, collaborate with other departments, and oversee business development and inside sales teams.
- This hands-on role involves applying sales coaching, managing performance metrics, and ensuring best-in-class results.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement cyber security strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Lead and support a team of Cyber Security professionals.
- Manage Business Development teams to meet goals and quota.
- Recruit, train, and coach team members.
- Refine sales lead processes and manage territory assignments.
- Compile and update team reports.
- Collaborate with sales teams to improve effectiveness.
- Achieve P&L targets.
- Manage vendor and partner relationships.
- Identify security risks and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field, with CISSP, CISM, or CISA certifications preferred.
- Knowledge of regulations like GDPR, HIPAA, and ISO 27001.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Experience with security technologies and risk management frameworks.
