About the job
- We're looking for a talented Illustration & UI Designer tobring our learning content to life.
- You'll focus oncharacter design, educational illustrations, and lightweight motion-ccrafting visuals that engage children and enhance understanding.
- Our product features a friendly masoot who needs personality, movement, and charm.
What You'll Do
- Illustrate fun, clear educational scenes and visual concepts for children aged 6-12
- Design and iterate on our mascot and other cartoon characterrs (poses, emotions, expressions, etc.)
- Create smooth, lightweight animations (blinking, jumping, pointing,clapping, etc.) to support interactive learning
- Collaborate with curriculum, product, and dev teams to alignvisuals with educational goals
- Use Figma for interface visual assets and UI components
- Help build a scalable, consistent illustration and motion systerm
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in illustration and/or UI design, ideallyin education, gaming, or children's content
- Strong character design skills, from concept to animated expressions
- Proficiency in Figma and understanding of responsive UI workflows
- Hands-on experience with animation tools (e.g. After Effects,Rive, Lottie, Spine)
- Deep understanding of children's visual perception and communication needs
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsSa
Nice to Have
- Portfolio with mascot/character-based projects
- Familiarity with education psychology or animated storytelling
- Experience building design systems for scalable visual assets
- Comfort using AI-assisted illustration tools
