- The Infield Call deck Manager leads and manages both the Infield QualityControI and in officeCaII Back team, ensuring the timely, accurate and efficient delivery of quality data
- This role requires a keen understandingof research methodologies, excellent organizationalskills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years' experience working on variety of research projects Data management or quality control level.
- Hands-on experience with field research methodology.
- Hands-on experience in field data quality assurance a nd process compliance.
- Hands-on experience with analyticaltools, preferably (Excel and SPSS).
- Experienced in developing basic automated dashboard reports.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Self-starters with a keen interest in technology and highly motivated towards success.
- Must be proactiveand resultoriented
- Must show initiative and desire to learn business subjects verv fast.
- Strong meticulous attention to detaiL

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION
- At least BSC or HND (CGPA not less than 3 0/5.0).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Head of Unit in resource planning& monitoring by managing job assigning, job distributions, ensuring conste nt follow-up with the team and ensuring quality deliver abkson all QC projects.
- Participating in project set up meeting and project briefingof the assigned projects.
- Support on budget, requisition and reconciliation with finance is prepared and approved timely
- Support on all the QC workflow on assigned projects and supervise both call back team and Field QC officers to ensure quality deliveries.
- Perform data inconsistencieschecks, outliers, and trend checks (based on all QCError KRIS). prepare daily/weekl',' QC report and communicate report with field team
- Ensure constant follow up with field team to ensure all data queries and issues are resolved within 24 hours of flag.
- Oversee the infield QC and CaII back process fo multiple research projects, ensuring deadlines are met and qualitystandards are maintained.
