Job Description

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Business Development Executive with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology and business development, with a proven track record of driving growth and building successful client relationships.
  • This role requires a strategic thinker who can identify new business opportunities, develop proposals, and close deals to help us achieve our business goals.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities:

  • Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities in the IT sector.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to target new markets and expand our client base.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored IT solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Sales and Proposal Development:

  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and pricing strategies.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
  • Analyze market data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities and results.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

  • Work closely with the product development, and project management teams to ensure a cohesive approach to business development.
  • Share insights and feedback to support the continuous improvement of our products and services.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall growth strategy of the company.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT products and services, including software development, web and mobile applications, and networking technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
