- The IT/Graphics Designer will Set up, manage, and optimize our technology platforms, websites, email systems, create automations to streamline processes, and provide technical support.
Job Description
- Assist in resolving technical issues with hardware, software, and network systems.
- Provide support for end-users by answering queries, and assisting with IT-related problems.
- Set up and configure new computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Help with software installations, updates, and patches to ensure that all systems are up-to-date and secure.
- Assist in maintaining and monitoring systems and servers, including backups, antivirus management, and system health checks.
- Participate in managing and documenting IT assets, including inventory management.
- Collaborate with different teams to understand and support their IT needs during projects.
- Develop graphics for promotional materials, social media, websites, and events.
- Work closely with the marketing and communications teams to understand design needs and objectives
Skills & Education
- BSc in Computer Science or related field.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
- Must possess strong interpersonal, organizational and excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.
- Administrative knowledge
- Ability to work well under stress and time pressures
- Proven work experience as an IT. Graphics design knowledge will be an added advantage
- Must be a self-starter and possess a sense of ownership
- IT Proficiency

- 2 - 3 years’ experience in Information and technology.
