Job Description
- Manage the overall planning, direction, coordination, execution, control and completion of assigned projects.
- Provide strong, proactive and assertive leadership for assigned projects.
- Activity and resource planning with collaboration from Lead Solutions Architects.
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables, orchestrate and manage the project life cycle, delivery cadence, release plan and schedule.
- Work closely with the business to define and refine project scope, product / project backlogs and release plans.
- Develops and maintains all IT project-related documentation.
- Develops and communicates IT project plan, schedules, cost and progress.
- Develop detailed work plans, including work breakdown structures, project milestones, decision log, project timelines and budgets.
- Facilitate the identification, scheduling and assignment of project activities, tasks and milestones to project officers.
- Ensure established project delivery framework tasks, activities and deliverables are represented and accounted for in project plans and timelines.
- Establish and provide high-quality, informative written and verbal project communications, including weekly status reports and project updates.
- Organize and motivate the project team including solutions architects
- Work with clients to ensure UATs, Demos are scheduled on time.
- Ensure customer satisfaction, manage and escalate project risks.
- Intermediate between client and the Organization.
