Responsibilities
- Organise, Plan and Execute IT Projects and goals across the nation.
- Managing and Coordinating project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities in the deployment of IT Solutions for clients.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to ensure clarification and meet specific requirements in a timely manner.
- Maintaining project timeframes, goals, budgeting estimates, and status reports
- Managing resources for projects, specifications, tools, equipment, and employees
- Implementing IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget
- Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence
- Conducting risk assessments for projects
- Organizing meetings to discuss project goals and progress
Qualifications
- ?Experience in telecommunication, security solutions, and networking with a good knowledge of Network Systems and controls. LAN, Fiber, CCTV, Access Control, etc
- Must have experience in designing, installing, and managing an on-premise network infrastructure including layer 2 and 3 switching and routing.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in the industry and a minimum of bachelor’s or HND degree in any engineering discipline or related discipline.
- Proven experience as an ICT Networks Engineer or in a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with network management tools and network troubleshooting utilities
- Project management and leadership skills for managing projects and the teams involved with them.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members and management and explain technical issues
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to handle any issues that occur during project completion
- Organization and time management skills to keep projects on track and within budget
