- We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer to join our dynamic team.
- The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of hands-on experience in Java development, along with deep expertise in Spring Boot, Java Framework Architecture (JFA), and Kafka.
- This role demands a proactive individual who is capable of working independently, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to the continuous improvement of development processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain high-performance Java applications.
- Lead and contribute to the architecture and development of scalable backend solutions using Spring Boot.
- Implement and optimize event-driven microservices with Kafka.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, testing, and production environments.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers on the team.
- Ensure high standards of code quality and performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in Java development and microservices architecture.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Java development.
- Strong proficiency in Spring Boot for building scalable applications.
- Deep understanding of Java Framework Architecture (JFA).
- Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka for building event-driven systems.
- Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Solid understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL).
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
