About the Role

  • We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Legal Writer and Editor to join our team. This role is crucial in creating high-quality, compelling documentation and arguments for EB2-NIW and EB1 immigration applications. The ideal candidate is a fast writer, quick thinker, and highly analytical, with the ability to pose strong arguments backed by detailed reasoning.
  • Previous experience with EB2-NIW, EB1, or immigration law is not mandatory but is a plus.
  • Candidates will be required to complete a written assessment as part of the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write and edit detailed and persuasive petitions, recommendation letters, and supporting documentation for EB2-NIW and EB1 cases.
  • Research and synthesize complex information to develop compelling legal arguments tailored to each case.
  • Collaborate with legal professionals to ensure all documents meet immigration law requirements.
  • Revise and proofread documentation to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in tone.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of client cases to create personalized and effective submissions.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
  • Stay updated on relevant immigration policies and procedures to ensure compliance in all documentation.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Strong writing and editing skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to think critically, pose strong arguments, and articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.

Preferred:

  • Previous knowledge of EB2-NIW, EB1, or U.S. immigration law.
  • Background in legal writing or editing.
  • Experience working in immigration law or related fields.
