Overview
- The M&E Officer designs and manages systems to track project progress, measure impact, ensure accountability, and support learning and adaptive management.
Key Responsibilities
- The role develops M&E frameworks, oversees data collection and quality assurance, conducts evaluations, analyses data, prepares reports for management and donors, and builds staff capacity in M&E and accountability practices.
Qualifications & Experience
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Development Studies, or a related field is required, with strong technical skills in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
