Job Overview
- We are looking for a passionate Machine Learning Scientist to develop and implement cutting-edge ML models to enhance telehealth services. Key Responsibilites
- Advance the performance of large language models (LLMs) tailored for virtual health coaching through research and development.
- Lead the end-to-end ML development process: data preparation, modeling, deployment, and performance monitoring.
- Design evaluation processes to ensure accuracy, fairness, and scalability of ML models.
- Conduct ML and AI research, focusing on LLMs to drive product innovation.
- Stay updated on the latest ML advancements and share insights with the team.
- Prototype and test new solutions for feasibility and impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement ML solutions that align with business goals.
- Develop technical reports, research papers, and presentations to communicate findings effectively.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or related fields (Ph.D. preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience developing and deploying ML models, preferably in healthcare.
- Expertise in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, or Azure.
- Strong understanding of statistical methods, data analysis, and visualization.
- Experience with healthcare data (EHR, medical imaging, etc.) is a plus.
- Proven skills in researching, prototyping, and presenting findings to diverse audiences.
- Focus on LLMs with experience implementing solutions using these models.

- Knowledge of data privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA).
