Job Description
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy data reporting specialist to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and analyzing data, generating reports, taking records, and supervising and monitoring of activities involving the logistics department.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, organize and maintain data in an accurate and timely manner.
- Take data entry of inbound and outbound stock.
- Maintain accurate records of materials/bags processed daily.
- Monitor and oversee the truck loading process.
- Process truck gate passes efficiently.
- Provide regular updates to the logistics supervisor.
- Input, update and manage data in databases and spreadsheets.
- Generate reports and statistical summaries as required by the team and management.
- Operate computer systems and software proficiently, including Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Statistics or a related field with 2-5 years experience.
- Strong proficiency in computer operations, especially in the use of Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent Knowledge of tables, statistics and data reporting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Should be available to work Monday to Saturday onsite.
- A preferred candidate should be between the age of 20-28 years.
