Job Summary

We are looking for an individual with a good grasp of the Nigerian Financial and Capital Market ecosystem, to own development of products and services for NGX Market Data clients. S/he will play a critical role in enhancing NGX Market Data products and services, whilst working closely with relevant teams from ideation to execution.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new Market Data products;
  • Conduct market research to understand customers’ needs and emerging technologies in the Market Data field;
  • Understand concept of Market Data Licensing and Compliance;
  • Develop a clear product roadmap that aligns with NGX strategic goals;
  • Work on pricing strategies to maximise revenue generated from Market Data products;
  • Monitor and analyse performance of NGX Market Data products;
  • Continuously improve knowledge on Market Data systems, including data feeds, APIs and data platforms.

Person Specification & Required Qualification (s)

  • HND/Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field;
  • Professional qualification in FISD or equivalent industry certification is an added advantage;
  • Minimum of 3 years’ post NYSC experience in Financial/Capital Market ecosystem in Nigeria, Product Management and Customer Service;
  • Demonstrate knowledge of a range of Financial/Capital Market products and asset types including Equities, Fixed Income, ETFs, and Derivatives;
  • Proven proficiency in Product Management.
